My Holding Space is an LGBTQIA+ safe sanctuary for people seeking trauma-informed counselling, therapy or inner work sessions to heal, resolve issues and blockages to manifest their full potential, hopes and dreams.
All of us go through challenges and pain at different stages of our lives. Not because we are weak, useless, bad, stupid, damaged, punished or a failure in life. But because crises and difficulties are opportunities for us to grow, change, heal, transform and journey home into wholeness.
When we have a safe holding space to face and work through what’s inside us, true healing can happen. We emerge out of it wiser, more empowered, more alive, with a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.
